REFUND POLICY

1. Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or remedy where required by law.

2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or failure to attend scheduled sessions, unless required by law.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
